We want your canine companion to look their best in Moshiqa fashion, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for items in original, unworn condition with all luxury tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain grooming and personalized accessories may be final sale.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different size.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused Moshiqa items in their original designer packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship to Lead the Walk

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of your dog's couture, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
